You do not need to set up or use an account to order from our site. Just order as a Guest. If you would like to set up an account please do so when ordering. Or we can create an account for you. If you have problems accessing your account we can email you your details during our opening hours 9am-5pm Mon to Friday.
If you have an account you can save your cart, when you log back in go to cart then review cart to see your saved order. Please be aware this you have to reteive cart to see your order. It may also be saved on your cookies so it shows straight away (this is saved on your computer only).
Credit / Debit card payments are only taken after your order has been put together. We do not charge you for items we do not have in stock.
If you are ordering for the first time we will need to check you are a business. If you are ordering tattoo / piercing equipment we will need to check you are working from a registered studio as we only supply these items to studios with health authority certificates.
Please do let us know any problems you are having with our site so we can try and resolve it. Also if there are any other issues concerning stock, future product ideas, quality or any issues. We are interested in what you have to say and can not resolve problems unless we know what is wrong.
