We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce and Systems Integration Specialist to join our growing creative team.

About the role

As an Ecommerce and Systems Integration Specialist at Wholesale Body Jewellery, you will be at the forefront of our digital and ecommerce operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our product listings are created, updated, and maintained effectively across various online platforms, including our B2B and B2C sites. You will play a key role in maximizing visibility and sales opportunities, ensuring seamless integration between our stock systems and e-commerce platforms, and coordinating with the IT team to automate processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Upload and manage new products on WBA, WBJ, and Tish Lyon websites, maintaining and updating the online catalogues.
  • Regularly update product information, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and implement SEO best practices.
  • Ensure consistency and correct display of all website elements.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to deploy marketing campaigns on the company's website and ads.
  • Collect and verify product information from manufacturing and merchandising departments.
  • Monitor online shop sales performance to identify and address anomalies and potential issues.
  • Execute basic on-site optimization as needed.
  • Work with third parties and internal teams to resolve website and product errors and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Team to ensure accurate product and listing details across ecommerce platforms.
  • Support the company's expansion into European and USA markets.
  • Provide training on WBJ's internal systems and ensure their efficient operation.
  • Support the business in the delivery of key projects through ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing product issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, able to work effectively with different internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of Cin7, BigCommerce, Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office programs specifically Microsoft Excel.

We are currently seeking a Stock Taker to join our team. As a Stock Taker, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring products are organized and readily available for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Count and record inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Ensure products are properly labeled
  • Organise and stock locations with products according to company standards
  • Perform regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

  • GCSE or A Level equivalent
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stocking and labeling products

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in picking and packing, team management, and business processes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Contribute towards the picking, checking and packing of customer orders.
  • Work alongside the stock supervisor to monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Utilise warehouse management system.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with business processes related to warehousing and distribution.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office programs specifically Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. With at least 1 year of in house or agency experience, our ideal candidate will have experience designing for print and digital mediums across a variety of brands.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing print and digital ads, social media posts, print catalogues, packaging etc.
  • Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
  • Art working designs and prepping files to send to printers/suppliers
  • Maintaining adherence to brand guidelines for multiple brands
  • Ensuring high quality and consistency of assets for our brands
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas;
  • Communicating and liaising with other team members to receive feedback and collaborate
  • Creating vector graphics
  • Image editing
  • Directing photography and videography
  • Branding and brand development

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of professional design work.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (eg. Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment;
  • A background of working as part of a creative team;
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production
  • Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team;
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of piercing and/or tattoo industries is a bonus
